Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is not automatically included. We offer flat-rate delivery within 30 km, with additional distance charged per kilometer.

Deliveries are usually scheduled 1–3 days before your event. We'll confirm the delivery date and time about a week in advance.

Delivery within 30 km is $150 for large tent orders, $50 for small orders, and $75 for larger/bulk table and chair orders. Locations beyond 30 km are charged $1.75 per additional kilometer.

We do our best to accommodate time requests, but delivery is based on our availability. Let us know your preferences and we’ll try to work with you.

Yes! If you can't be there, we’ll need to arrange payment and paperwork ahead of time.

We deliver beyond Peterborough! Extra fees apply depending on distance.

Yes, pick-up is available for most items. Tents, sidewalls, and dance floor require installation by our team, so those need to be delivered.

Item Yes! They must bring a government-issued ID and the account must be fully paid in advance.
Returns & Cleaning

Pick-up happens 1–2 days after your event. If you're returning the items yourself, please do so on the agreed date.

Yes, items should be returned in the same condition. Please remove all decorations and stack tables and chairs neatly. Exception: Please do not clean concession machines like popcorn or cotton candy machines—we’ll take care of that for you.

Customers are responsible for lost or damaged items. Coverage may vary if the Rental Protection Plan has been purchased. Please refer to our rental agreement for full details and terms.

Late returns are charged a half-day rate for each extra day. Need more time? Let us know—we can arrange a pick-up (fees may apply).
Setup & Equipment Use

Extra charges may apply for: Delivery outside of Peterborough Furniture setup Late returns Damage or excessive cleaning $100 fee if we need to stack tables or chairs after your event.

Tent setup is included. Set-up for pop-up canopies, tables, and chairs is not included unless requested in advance (additional fees apply). A layout must be submitted at least 24 hours before your event.
Payment & Deposits

Yes, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The deposit is due when you place your order.

The full payment is due at pick-up or 7 days before delivery—whichever comes first.

We accept credit cards and e-transfers. If paying by e-transfer, a valid credit card must be kept on file.
Booking & Changes

As early as possible! All rentals are first come, first served. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive the deposit.

No minimum order. However, if delivery is required, the minimum delivery fee is $50.

Yes!
Smaller rental items can typically be removed up to 2 weeks before your event date. Additional items can be added anytime based on availability.
Please note that cancellations or reductions involving large reserved items such as tents, side walls, dance floor, may be subject to cancellation fees, as outlined in the rental agreement.

We understand that plans can change. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. If a cancellation is necessary, 8–14 days prior to your event is subject to 50% of the total rental cost, 7 days or less is 75%, and cancellations within 72 hours of the event are 100% of the rental cost.
Tent Rentals

We currently offer: Pop-up canopies Marquee tents, and a 20x20 pole tent

Our tents are typically secured using 36"–42" stakes driven into the ground. Pop-up canopies use smaller ground spikes or sandbag weights, depending on the setup surface and conditions.

Tents are usually set up 2–4 days before your event and removed 1–2 days after.

We recommend being present during setup. If you can’t be, please let us know in advance and ensure we have access to the setup area. Any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, septic systems, or other buried obstacles should be clearly marked prior to installation.

Yes, but only for our pop-up canopies. Larger tents must be set up by our team.

As early as possible! Tents book up quickly and are only reserved once your deposit is received.

Some municipalities require permits. Please check with your local office. Also, a utility locate must be done before we can stake any tents into the ground.
